Your tasks:
- You are an elementary part of the company’s growth by supporting clients in posting their jobs on major job search engines within the DACH region
- You look after customers and build long-term relationships in phone calls, emails and video calls
- You plan, administer and monitor recruiting campaigns
- You will work closely with our sales team and support the customer throughout their collaboration with us.
- You will help to build a support structure – this means that initiative and creative ideas are required.
- Suggestions and improvements are implemented at lightning speed at Curato, with short decision-making processes.
