- Support and further development of the internal IT infrastructure
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
- Management of user accounts, access rights, and IT security policies
- Monitoring and ensuring smooth IT operations
- Analysis and troubleshooting of faults in 1st and 2nd level support
- Maintenance and documentation of IT systems and networks
- Supporting employees with IT questions and technical problems
- Planning and implementation of smaller IT projects (e.g., system updates, rollouts, migrations)
- Close cooperation with external service providers on complex IT issues
- A completed vocational training program or college degree in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist, IT systems administrator, or similar)
- Good knowledge of current operating systems (macOS, Windows, mobile systems if applicable)
- Experience in working with networks, servers, and IT security concepts
