- You play a key role in the company’s growth by selling the products and services of a major job search engine to customers in the DACH region.
- Through phone calls, emails, and social media, you’ll get to know potential customers and build long-term relationships.
- You will present our partner company’s products over the phone, via webinar, and in person at the customer’s location.
- You will work closely with our consulting team and support the customer throughout their entire collaboration with us.
- You will be involved in building a sales structure – your initiative and creative ideas are welcome.

- You have relevant experience in consultative sales with a focus on upselling and cross-selling.
- You’re interested in continuously learning new things about recruiting and sharing that knowledge with our clients.
- You always put the customer first and communicate openly and honestly.
- You are reliable and work in an organized manner.
- You have experience using online CRM systems.
- You have strong communication skills in German and English.
